History Of Republic Day From School In Magarpatta:-
The Republic Day is a national holiday of India, celebrated every year on 26th January. This day celebrates the anniversary of the Constitution of India and the transition of India from a British Dominion to a republic on 26th January, 1950. The constitution written by Dr B. R. Ambedkar came into official use. The first president of our country, Dr Rajendra Prasad, unfurled the tricolour amidst thousands of jubilant spectators, at the Rajpath in New Delhi. The school building was tastefully decorated with flower-pots, buntings, pictures of heroes of the freedom movement and national flags. The day began with a prayer followed by flag hoisting by the Guest of Honour which was accompanied by the Flag Song, our national anthem and the pledge. In the afternoon this school in Magarpatta had arranged some games and sports. Prizes were distributed among the winners of different activities.
Its cliché to be dressed in clothes with colors that are similar to that of tri-color. Instead, let children dress up in any traditional attire. We suggest to even draw chits to encourage variety and versatility among kids.
This will allow children to subconsciously imbibe the different cultures of India and bring in a feeling of unity. The Constitution of our country embodies equal rights and respect for people irrespective of caste, color and creed. Their Participation in different activities will be a lifetime memory for them. This will remind them of how exciting it is to have a diverse mindset whilst embracing different cultures of India.
Different stories sharing at this day which allows understudies to understand Indian values and feel proud of our culture. Cultural fest on this occasion embolden each child to participate and come up with their own ideas.
Cultural Programs On The Day Of Republic Day:-
During the event, students of Mentor School presented a skit-cum-dance performance on national integration. Students of this best school in Magarpatta performed dance before the audience.
